酒店全五分，但是要给艺龙网查评，垃圾网站，订的酒店不让到前台登记入住，登记入住的信息也不是入住者本人的信息，而是有人（不是酒店员工）带你到房间，退房也是不到前台，直接留房卡在房间，全程毫无安全感，万一出事了，酒店根本查不到你的任何入住信息，投诉了说是和旅行社代订的，那为什么不在产品介绍里说明呢？这种操作应该提早和客户说明是否可以接受的

酒店全五分，但是要给艺龙网查评，垃圾网站，订的酒店不让到前台登记入住，登记入住的信息也不是入住者本人的信息，而是有人（不是酒店员工）带你到房间，退房也是不到前台，直接留房卡在房间，全程毫无安全感，万一出事了，酒店根本查不到你的任何入住信息，投诉了说是和旅行社代订的，那为什么不在产品介绍里说明呢？这种操作应该提早和客户说明是否可以接受的。另外订购的时候产品信息页面有返现信息，但是最后结算的时候说客户没有勾选返现，所以不能返现，这个选项不是应该是默认选项吗？还要客户自己选，难道还有不需要返现的客户吗？你们这种垃圾网站也只有返现才会有性价比，要不然谁会来定，还有客服人员态度蛮狠，我询问她工号多少，还没等我听清楚就挂断电话了，最基本的职业素养也没有，差评到底
