在五星级里我觉得是最差的，房间又一股发霉味，外观还可以吧，房间里面设施根本不行。太太太差了，一点都没有五星级的样子，携程订已经交了1224，入住当天就又交房费了1224，然后又叫我交500现金当押金，现金！必须是现金，我说我没有。能不能刷微信，她们说不行，然后就让服务员把房间里面的冰箱给锁了，很看不起人，这年头谁还带现金。退房时要开票，我让她一个房间分开刷，她说不行，正常都是退房时才交钱或者直接从押金里扣。总之很差。不会再来住了，花钱买教训！
