下雨天房间漏水，五星级连锁酒店，服务态度比不上亚朵，房卡好几次刷不到电梯，上得了电梯又进不了房间，打电话去前台还要我自己下去换。个人认为这种服务态度在中国还能开连锁？住了好多城市的喜来登，上海这个国际化大都市竟然是最差

地理位置不错，海伦路地铁站口。早餐不错，花样不是很多，但是总体质量还不错。设施一般，可能年代比较久远。房间比较大！游泳池很不错，水质好！
