客房里有胶囊咖啡机、电动窗帘、智能马桶，装修风格也比较上档次。酒店地处新天地商圈，距离各大综合体以及新天地酒吧街一步之遥，地理位置绝佳！前台比较忙碌，办理入住手续等了很久，之前看评论说服务人员看到老外比较热情对待国内住客冷淡，有没有对外国宾客热情我没看到，但前台工作人员确实没什么笑容。同价位的酒店，选择希尔顿香格里拉等品牌应该会性价比更高。

电视看到一半跳闸，在这种豪华酒店还是第一次遇到。好在很快就修好了。不过应该送个果盘之类的安抚一下。总体上服务还是不错。

用两个字评价这五星酒店：完美。从入住到离开，细致入微热情周到的服务常常会让我和孩子们感动和难忘。好想为他们的服务打七个星。晚上回房还收到了赠送的小甜品。位置超棒，靠近地铁站，新天地和K11。房间十分舒适宽敞，现代的设施，优美的音乐和精致的下午茶都让我们喜欢。推荐去邻近的chiK11美术馆。达利的超现实画展很不错。
