服务太差，12:50到的酒店，说没有房间，到了二点二十分才入住，就酒店等了1个多小时。马上入住的要加价110，什么服务。后来看到酒店退房时间为12点，问服务员为什么，无语，很差的体验。

还不错，经常住五星酒店，这次体验还不错，700的价格，能到这么大的房间，还不错，本来两点前到达需两点才能入住，前台帮忙加急，后来快到两点了还没好，给我调了一间楼层高的，非常安静
