因为没有高级双床房，破格升级了豪华房😜 因为人家刚退房，只好先到大堂吃下午茶☕️ 不过进去以后差点惊呆了，绝对有物超所值之感！当然预授权也要刷足足两千大洋！游泳后太饿了，直接点餐送上门，吃了800多……加上下午茶，除了房费又多花了1000多😓第二天吃过早餐后不小心丢了房卡，也没额外向我要钱

刚入住几小时，很不爽。下车无门童，前台乱糟糟，站立的服务员小姑娘不专业，无引导。有位接线员很无理，请她帮转客房服务擦鞋非常不耐烦。以及其他种种细节均表现出服务不行。设施一流、位置无敌，但客人主要需要的是服务。

没有传说中高大上，房间小，住着有点憋屈，最主要的隔音效果很差，这么高级的酒店这样……离外滩很近，到南京东路地铁站步行10分钟！总之花这个价格住这个酒店性价比不高。
