公寓的位置很好，整体硬件都很不错，这次住25层，黄浦江的江景，超出预期。适合家庭或朋友聚会。不足之处服务主动性不够，感觉不到热情,可以做得更好；家具的棱角对小朋友不友好，要特别留意，可以考虑做一些适合小朋友的配置的房间。

位置好，就在陆家嘴，江景房。内部厨房设施齐全。住的两房的，其实是三房两厅三卫，多一间书房。隐私性不错，上电梯按楼层要刷房卡。不足之处是：1、酒店说明写的2点以后入住，我打电话问是不是2点check in没有问题，前台回答说2点以后不代表2点可以，我要求给个确定可以入住的时间好安排自己行程，他们说这个说不了，不能保证，让人很不舒服；2、订酒店说的是免费停车，退房时前台未提醒需要拿停车券，出门时保安要求收费100元，问保安住酒店是否免费，他们回答都不能免。建议前台或保安应提示住客可以免费停车，但是需要领券！

房间很大，适合一家老小出行，地理位置也很好，卫生还可以吧，床单不是特别干净，服务很好；唯一不好的就是早餐，连4星都比不上，跟2000多一晚的房间实在是不搭配！
