  性价比真高，推荐！ 买了套餐，又送船票又送餐票，还有室内泳池，很划算！ 地理位置一般，去哪都要开车。但是比较安静，不拥挤。 服务很热情，但是管理能力有点欠缺，这个价位不要求太多了。 酒店有个中餐厅， 不用开车出去，方便。味道中等水平。

  这次入住体验堪称完美，必须夸夸前台小陈小姐姐！我到店的时候比预订时间早了很多，本来担心要等很久，结果小陈小姐姐热情地帮我协调，很快就安排好了房间。酒店的位置也很便利，周边交通、离景点也很近，必须五星好评！

  到绍兴，我们游玩鲁迅故里兴致勃勃。看了网上介绍的説是这家客房有圆形的浴缸，被这个特色所吸引而入住。当时我办理入住是晚上9点多，房间设施老旧也就算了，到晚上11点准备享用这个特色服务时，发觉放出来的水是温冷的，冲淋的水也是这样，因为太晚了，也就没去找他们理论。第二天早上在底楼的大餐厅吃早饭，也是空调没打足，进去就感到冷的很，你们是想方设法节省点电费吧。9点多办理退房时，也没有现场客服对冷水之事做个説明或道歉。直到我回到自己城市的家后的第三天，才有客服打电话问感受，我的感受就是住你们店，不感冒就是万幸了。

  绍兴内酒店不少，如果有其他选择，不建议住在这儿。住过这么多开元名都，这家应该算是设施、服务都很差的，设施很老，厕所的排风扇是坏的，热水白天还可以，晚上就不怎么热了。服务比较糟糕，前台电话经常无人接听，2瓶小小的饮用水，每次要还得单独打电话。空调暖风一般，冬天有点冷。早饭也很一般，种类不算多也不够可口，因为其他定好的酒店游泳池在装修，只能临时改到这里，泳池水温还可以，但如果有其他选择，建议不住在这。 服务：很差 设施：很差 汉服体验2小时:要到指定门店，挺远的。

  元旦假期来绍兴游玩一下，觉得绍兴还是挺不错的，风景挺好的，虽然天气挺凉的风挺大的，入住的酒店前台的服务蛮好的，小兰服务员态度很好，酒店的早餐挺有特色的，是自助餐的形式，中西式的早餐都有，安排的房间还可以，入住感总的来説还行吧！
