  虽然前台热情度不高，但是给我们升级了房间，还是很棒的！选了山之王国的门票，确实都是小朋友玩的，能玩很久。胆子大的还是选室外那个乐园更有意思。房间是很不错的，

  比较差的一次出行感受，期间换了两次房间，都是因为衞生打扫不彻底，房间内还有上个客人的废物没清理乾净，最后第三个房间其实也有，最后懒得折腾了就将就了。五楼小童空间的衞生也是一言难尽，尤其是海洋球！ 最大的问题是，携程显示游乐园开园时间是到晚上十点，结果我们十二点办入住的时候告诉我们只到下午四点半！！给我们的时间只有四个小时，四百多的票价太不划算了！携程帮忙沟通无果，明明是网上产品讯息不准确，商家却不承担责任！ 我们行程没办法调整，只能进去，进去之后发现里面还不少项目要额外收费！

  办理入住的前台小金服务好，入住也很愉快，酒店离乐园很近，去玩也比较方便，如果有乐园接驳车就比较好了，唯一乐园不适高配那种的

  老牌酒店的风格，房间很大，早餐很丰盛，中式为主，就是味道很清淡，不太适合我们这种北方重口。房间清洁人员很热情，会跟客人寒暄招呼。前台周莹颖服务挺好。去周边游乐园方便。
