  酒店的服务也很好，不管是前店的工作人员，还是餐厅里的接待人员，或是客户服务人员，态度都比较热情。 很新的酒店，设施一流并且是比较新的，装修也不错，服务也很周到。应该是柯桥地区最好的酒店，没有之一。下次去那里还会住这家酒店. 位置也还可以，周围交通方便。旁边就是新修的体育馆，看起来很有气势。这里的中餐厅味道也不错，有不少很有特色的当地莱，作工外观与味道都不错。

  一到酒店，停车场服务员就很快过来指挥停车，还主动问我们要不要遮阳板，非常热情，门口服务员也主动帮我们拿行李，到了前台，服务员马上送上迎宾茶水，让我们感到了很贴心的服务，谢谢。早餐也很不错，餐厅服务员会主动为你送上茶水和咖啡，真心不错，值得推荐。

  酒店的王经理温柔，美丽，又大方，服务体贴又周到，好会夸人，是个很nice的人。给免费升级了套房。还送了甜汤和欢迎果盘。床超大，差不多3米宽。住着很舒服，外卖服务员会亲自送上来很好👍每条毛巾都消毒好后用独立的袋子装好，很卫生。酒店早餐也不错，服务员会主动帮客人拉椅子，这种细节很暖心。下次还会入住这家酒店

  适合自驾游住宿，酒店位置虽然不在市中心，但是周围超市，万达，药店，小吃店都不算很远。酒店前台几位工作人员很热情，在办理入住时，主动送给我们喝水，看到我携带儿童，还立即送了儿童礼包（洗漱用品，文具等）。服务员还帮我们把行李送到了门口。送了欢迎水果，夜间还会帮我们整理床铺，告知第二天的天气。还要谢谢那几位尽职的保安大叔，帮我们在倒车时主动指挥停车。房间干净整洁，卫生间无异味，洗澡水量大，很舒服。泳池的水也很暖和，孩子玩的很开心。总之服务一流，建议带孩子的可以入住。

  酒店交通方便，前台服务热情，房间提供的特供水好几瓶，自助早餐特别好，位置在商务中心，离高铁和机场都非常方便
