酒店坐落在竹海的李家园村口，很安静，晚上睡觉很舒服。离景区开车3、5分钟就到，酒店设计新中式风格，院子很大，停车方便。前台和大堂经理服务热情周到，每天白天有水果，晚上有甜汤，早餐很丰富，蔬菜和小点心、面包都很好吃。中餐厅的菜做的很不错。泳池现在还没有用，南山竹海景区有很大的停车场，15元一次，非常好。
