首先谢谢酒店胡先生再未入住的情况下，帮忙联系票务优惠问题，很感谢！再谢谢前台美女，升级了家庭房，服务很满意！接下来，提几点不满意的：1、酒店硬件设施不完善，窗外马路非常临近，山景太远，园景太差，私密不够，不知直接入住的客户有多少人会要这个房间？2、细节不注意，两房透明窗之间的竹子已枯黄，这步入式一景本应是亮点，结果成败笔！3、酒店延伸服务意识不够，虽有景点间接送服务，但无明确时间列表，4点多询问被告知司机已下班，无奈只好叫出租。4、一家自我定位为高端酒店的，在房内没有小食，冰箱是空的，甚至于连浴缸的总阀都是关闭的，如果是维护后忘记的，那管理何其松散？最关键的一点，镜子，除了洗手间有一面镜子外，连全身镜和化妆镜都没有，像我这样近视的人是连画眉毛都很费劲！5、性价比不高，离景点或商业街步行起码30分钟，外出非常不便！
