这次出门住的这家酒店真的没踩坑！本来就是随便刷携程订的，想着凑活住两晚就行，结果体验感直接拉满。到店的时候已经晚上八点多了，前台小哥一点没不耐烦，麻利地帮我们办了入住，还主动提醒电梯在哪，行李多的话可以叫人帮忙。进房间一看，床品摸着软乎乎的，地板擦得鋥亮，连衞生间的边角都没一点污渍，看着就舒服。第二天早上起晚了，赶紧冲去吃早餐，没想到九点多了还有不少吃的，热粥、煎蛋、小蛋糕样样齐全，连我家挑食的娃都吃了两碗。退房的时候还顺手拿了酒店送的矿泉水，路上喝正好。
价格也不贵，这性价比真的没话説，下次再来这边办事再来

这家酒店的环境真的超出预期！从大堂到房间处处乾净整洁，床品柔软舒适，连衞生间都透着一股清新。服务生全程微笑指引，细节处理特别用心。房间采光极佳，落地窗外的城市景色让人心情愉悦。早餐丰富多样，现烤麪包和鲜榨果汁尤其受欢迎。地理位置也很方便，步行就能到地铁站。住在这里就像回到家一样放松，强烈推荐给追求品质的旅客！

衞生：不错，舒服乾净
服务：很不错，感谢工程师傅晚上过来通厕所，十分感谢细致周到的服务，过来还带一个袋子装着通马桶工具，细心。
设施：厕所堵住了，看来马桶排污管道不太行，设施可以再完善一些

此次入住贵酒店，前台Nancy的服务让我感受到了远超预期的温暖与专业，特此提笔表达感谢。
办理入住时，我因行程匆忙遗漏了预订讯息，又恰逢晚高峯办理客人较多，一时有些慌乱。Nancy察觉到我的焦虑后，没有丝毫催促，反而微笑着安抚我的情绪，一边耐心引导我提供身份讯息查询订单，一边高效协调同事分流排队客人，短短几分钟就帮我顺利完成了入住手续。得知我带着长者出行，她还主动升级了安静的高楼层房间，并细致告知酒店电梯动线、早餐时间及附近便民设施，连“长者行动不便可随时致电前台协助”这样的细节都考虑到，感谢Nancy热情细心的服务

Clean and spacious room with a nice city view. Front desk and staff were friendly and courteous. The room was out of conditioner and I needed extra towel and they brought it right away. Breakfast had western and Chinese which were delicious. We also enjoyed the pool~

No complaints, all good, the only thing is a bit too far to the city,, luckily there's a popular shenyang museum, it's about 15 minutes walk from the hotel
