从地理位置来说，酒店位于新建的浑南区，周边环境干净宽敞，没有大型商务区，离新建的市政府和辽宁省博物馆非常近，如果公务或者去参观辽博，很方便。没有发现很大的餐饮街，但周边有一些干净卫生的小馆子，如果不定带早餐的房间，去那里吃早饭也可以。从内部来说，酒店很新，房间卫生很好。服务也可以。但是设施有两个问题。一个是电热水壶，没有服务员的指导完全打不开盖子，明明是电壶却要用手抠才能打开盖子，最后还是把手烫了。二是洗澡的热水，要开半天水才热，而且水流特别小，洗头洗澡不痛快。这两点改进了就很完美了。

大牌就是大牌，很不错的感受。但是服务意识还是不行，与同是东三省的长春的一家非连锁五星相比，喜来登服务员不热情，服务意识不足。
