对于五星来说的酒店简直就是差强人意，网上订的户型非常烂，下午快四点入住的房间烟味儿呛得人根本没法入住，打开窗户外面一片正在修建的施工地破砖烂瓦的，提前看过评价说可以免费升级，找到前台一个戴黑框眼镜的胖男人接待的我们，说网上订的就是这样的户型，问可以升级么，答案是可以但是得加30差价，问网上有订过的不需要加啊，回答是我没有骗你啊，必须得加，多么搞笑的回答，我只是问你可以么也没说你骗人啊。网上我只订了一天，本来打算这么差劲第二天换地儿呢但老公说来回还折腾就又订了一晚，这次是直接从吧台订的，而且是按网上的价格订的也没有和我要房间升级费，我就想说了你们这么大一家酒店房费怎么都自己说了算呢，同样的房型不同的说法不同的价格，总公司是怎么培训的，特别是那个胖男人你怎么上的岗一副要死不活的僵尸脸。之前总在同程订景点门票感觉不错很便捷，第一次订酒店很失望，房型和服务态度上都有区别对待，价格也不是很优惠不如直接到酒店预订。心得体会仅供参考！希望对下一位旅游者有所帮助。
