总体上来说，硬件设施完全没有达到索菲特酒店的标准。升级到套房，但套房里洗漱用品只有牙刷和沐浴液、洗发液。浴缸放水是黄水，浴缸很久没刷了。
办理入住大概20分钟，是因为晚上9点还有很多房间没打扫。前台接待，原则问题很坚持这一点很好，但态度真是很暴力。

在艺龙订特价房，感觉根本达不到5星，房间简陋，连一次性拖鞋都没有，窗帘拉不动，洗漱用品就有牙刷，连木梳都没有，电视遥控器也不好使，这哪里是五星，连三星都不如。是因为订特价房就不好吗？那500多一天也不便宜啊？下次肯定不订了
