作为四星级的酒店，房间设施太差而且很简陋，我是通过艺龙升级到豪华客房，窗子旁边墙上的抹灰都掉了，掉得窗台都是，看起来看脏。接待的前台服务人员态度很不好，结账的时候那两个还行。总之，这个酒店和星级不符合。

酒店是老牌的，好像近期要重新装修了，主要是为了购物方便才去住的，周围大型商场很多，沈阳市民最爱去的中兴，新世界三店都在附近，还有一些别的大型商场。酒店房间有点旧了，不过还好。

酒店门口在修路，乱糟糟的，房间不大，通风不好所以有股不是很好闻的味道，优点是地理位置很好，购物特别方便，物有所值吧
