酒店所在的位置周边环境不错，有省会大城市的氛围！出门对面就是高档商场“嘉里城”，里面有吃有喝！附近还有几个奢侈品牌的专卖店！
酒店的前台和客服服务一如香格里拉系列的好！而且对儿童友好！Remark了要求酒店完全按照我的要求去做了，甚至比我提出的还做得更多更好！把一系列儿童用品全部提前整理好在客房！宝贝一到房间就超开心！
整体而言就是一些细节的设施相对需要改进，例如纯净水是冰露的，有点low，换成农夫山泉也行呀！放备品的架子还是塑料的，一看就很有年代感，这个换成木盒子或者其它材质的吧；淋浴间排水，很少会明显外露。

酒店设施不错，前台这次办理入住时的服务员态度不好，心不在焉的，预订的大床房，东拉西扯之后说大床房没有了，要加钱升房才有，懒得理她，就这样吧。早餐品种不多，东西也一般，中规中矩吧，客房服务不错，送了水果还加了2瓶水，要拖鞋也迅速送到，经常住，总体不错
