定了一晚的房间 到店被告知没有大床房 必须补差价升房间 第一次见这样的操作 我很佩服
前台说可以升级行政房间送早餐 结果第二天才发现早餐只有一份 与前台沟通时 前台态度较差 没有给出合理解决方案 不得以原价加了一份早餐
早餐种类很少 几乎是住过的几十家五星里最差的
在沈阳这个城市 原价1100多的房间 最后结账1500多 体验竟还能如此之差
总而言之 无论是服务还是硬件 都是下流

早餐非常丰富，尝过的每一种食材都很新鲜。孩子们生日，去嘉里城游乐场玩，住在香格里拉非常方便，两个大人带两个孩子，前台看到六岁孩子，担心大床房不够睡，主动提出加床。客房服务人员更加贴心，加床的同时给孩子们准备了儿童拖鞋和洗漱用品。浴缸放出的水水质也非常好，带孩子出门会首选香格里拉，因为很多细节它都会帮客人想到，做到前面。没有瑕疵，非常棒
