酒店设施不错 床也舒服 干湿分离 都不错。批评前台 办理入住告诉我房间还没整理完 要不要加钱上园景房可以立即入住 得到否定回答后 立即拉下脸色 让我等着收拾 等了大概二十分钟 也不告诉我进度如何 刚好前台经理在 我跟她反应后 马上开房卡入住。 到房间一看 早就收拾完了 。前台的服务生真是x眼看人低。下次也许不会选择香格里拉 就因为对国人的态度比洋人还差劲！！！
