The first room we had a very strong smell, but the staff was kind and gave us another room!
Everything was okey, but personally I felt like the room colors and decoration were a bit too dark and the windows were quite small
Breakfast was really good, from fresh made noodles to western stile toast

第一次来江苏苏州，选了亚朵，在亚朵住了两个晚上，订了两个房间，都是在最里麪的两间房子，环境方面和其它亚朵存在一定差距，之前住过的其它亚朵酒店也从未遇到过这么衰的事情，第一个房间进门的时候出现的一股烧烤味道，非常刺鼻，严重怀疑排烟管道出现了问题，本以为是窗户外面飘进来的，到了晚上回酒店，刺鼻的味道仍然存在，很不舒服的住了一晚上??，酒店房间内的天花板脱落严重，枱面上的水渍清晰可见，窗台上的小杂物未及时清理。第二个房间是中央空调吹风口有异响，响了一晚上，我用电筒看了一下是有一些类似纸片的掉落发出的声音，晚上洗澡两条毛巾，一条毛巾上面有毛发。（不是我自己的，打开就有一根）简直了，一言难尽。前台和阿姨们的服务还是比较好的，一直在帮忙处理，这一点还是比较好的??。很不舒服的一次住宿经历，希望酒店后面能多看看酒店内的设施和环境方面，防止这种情况会再次出现。

房间位置离地铁口不远，楼下就有商超，而且还有小吃街，房间衞生打扫的乾净，外卖会有小机器人送上楼很方便，酒店员工的服务非常好而且很贴心，住的很舒心

房间是还不错的，衞生和环境，但是我买的有深夜粥到，下楼来什麽都没有吃，白粥都没喝上，就很夸张，别人的晒图説有漆扇做，我也没有，最坑的可能就是免费停车了吧，退房前説直接可以走了，报了车牌号码，出去的时候就是不抬杆，再打给前台周旋，等了好久！

几乎不写评价，但工作人员服务及接待物料做得特别好，值得为其写小作文，带着孩子在客厅等候的时候，有小朋友的游戏可以玩，有小零食解解馋，而且不是杂牌零食，真的做得很周到，看得出真心为客户考虑，在这个国庆假期也住过陆家嘴的S亚朵，接待大厅都没有这家做得好哈。出门行李太多，又下雨又带着孩子，工作人员还会帮我们拿行李，感谢
