很愉快的入住体验！前台的工作人员热情专业又体贴。餐厅还有好吃的鸭蛋，总体满意。

酒店特色礼包:很好挺实用的
服务：服务态度很好，前台的小女孩。办理入住再快点就更好了
衞生：衞生挺乾净的

房间设施特别完善，特别安静，安静的有点啊不可思议哈哈哈哈，然後灯光很舒服，不刺眼很柔和，服务也很好，深夜粥道的小米粥和奶香馒头很好吃，收拾的也很及时，洗衣服方面真的不厌其烦的帮忙，不错真的很值得

出差来苏州这边培训、正好离目的地不是很远，在携程上预订的，预订操作流程很快，酒店这边确认也很快。
因为我们抵达的不是很早，备注了需要的房型，酒店也特地留了，很贴心。
入住的时候还告知了一些周边的环境、商业～
整个酒店也是很温馨，位置也很好找，房间也比较大，两个人住比较舒服～

清明节祭扫，顺便在木渎古镇游玩。酒店离古镇很近，开车也就十几分锺。很乾净，在商场里，一开始有听到外面广场舞的音响大亨，後来就没有了！很好
