服务不错，就是小孩床太小了，早餐尚可，中餐厅的环境和质量太不般了，苏州味道也不是很有特色！据说还是国宾馆级别的酒店，不太相符合！

酒店园林环境优美，毗邻金鸡湖，白天可租自行车环湖骑行，晚上有金鸡湖夜景欣赏不错。小朋友住店有小礼物赠送但是没有所说的牛奶，客房隔音效果略差，服务接待没的说。值得一住。
