还是很不错的，服务也很好，位置去金鸡湖也很方便。不过大床不够大哦，感觉只有1米8那样，枕头也不舒服，早餐品种有些供应不足

很不错哦，刚过去元旦是我和老公的结婚纪念日，来苏州小过。带着娃，入住前台有小礼物给宝宝，还提供小拖鞋和儿童牙刷，这个的话一般的五星都会有，建议增加小浴袍哦！晚上会给孩子一份饼干和牛奶的点心，还不错。酒店很大，三口之家租了三人自行车逛，孩子和其他小朋友在户外滑梯沙池和户内儿童乐园玩儿的都很开心。泳池是恒温的，旁边还有两个小的按摩泳池，全家都很开心。关于别人说的，儿童乐园小啊之类的缺点，我认为酒店还是以接待客人为主，亲子毕竟只能是辅助，我们一家三口很开心。我喜欢满是树的环境，早晨起来空气很清新。小建议：泳池方面还是要加强管理哦，大门也可以随便进人，尤其是照顾孩子的老人，有点不协调。大表扬：服务人员都不错，笑容满面，人多的时候迎宾有点小混乱。对了，那只孔雀很爱开屏哦，拍的不好??

酒店环境好，硬件设施好，最主要的是服务太度好，因当时安排的房间有烟味，后来帮我作了升级调整，当然最让我表扬的是陈依君、何庆美女，面带微笑、热情！
