地理位置很好，离金鸡湖各商业体和景点都很近，和地铁站更是紧挨着。外观时尚，大堂充满设计感，漂亮大气。房间不算大，但是有个小阳台很加分，透气休息很好。房内设施挺新的，住起来也比较舒适。前台Vicky温柔热情。

优点：停车方便且免费。酒店大堂设计感强。对面就是月光码头，前一天网上订好票，走去夜游金鸡湖十分便利。如嫌月光码头就餐贵，酒店二楼中歺厅也是很好选择，我们祖孙三人吃了两顿，人均60－70元，酒店房客中歺可以打8折（西歺打7折）。离诚品书店不远，开车过去五分钟时间。楼下就是轻轨一号线，出行去＂秋裤楼＂附近，才一站路。缺点：刚办入住时服务员态度非常冷漠，退房时另一服务员态度倒诚恳，想必是个别员工的问题。另房间门隔音不太好，如有人在走廊嬉戏，房内听得很清楚。房间空调制冷太太好了，没法调到正常温度，半夜只好关了空调睡，倒也舒服，我们订的两个房间都是这个情况，应该不是个别现象。

酒店的位置很好，出酒店就有地铁站，出行非常方便。边上商场离的都很近，直接地铁一站就到，晒不到太阳淋不到雨，酒店对面就是苏州文化艺术中心，金鸡湖的边上，真的很方便。酒店房间有一间给升级了大一点的房间，还有儿童拖鞋也很好。早餐大人可以带一个小孩子，1米4以上的也可以免费，这个其他酒店多要收费的，文博诺富特酒店做的不错，给点赞👍
