酒店入住时间为14:00，到了以后竟然没有足够房间？两间房等了足足一个多小时才给到的门卡，多次电话联系后终于顺利入住，期间还没有任何致歉，不太像豪华酒店的风格嘛。
房间卫生情况还行，但隔音效果太差了，门铃响了去开门，发觉是隔壁房间？惊讶了我一脸，该种情况一晚发生了n次，n大于3，自己房间的门铃是坏的，只能敲门，所幸后面听到门铃声就不去看了，反正不是我们房间的。
酒店设施一般，员工服务热情一般，真的挺一般的。
