  整体体验非常好 因为是给女儿过生日提前跟酒店说了要一个加床 到的时候已经布置好了 还是hello kitty的三件套 即使加床也非常舒服 还送了蛋糕和糖果给孩子 很暖心 卫生间卫生做的很彻底 也给孩子提供了儿童洗漱用品 入住期间两次有需要的物品客房服务也很快给送来了 工作人员都很温和有礼貌 前台一个男孩儿态度很好 主动提醒如果开车了记得check out的时候告诉他们车牌号 孩子说没住够哈哈 一定还会再去哒

  这次一家四口来天津，选择了四季酒店，十一期间虽然有点小贵，但考虑到地理位置优越性，最终选择在这里入住四天。酒店的前台、客房服务、和打扫卫生大姐都非常有礼貌，主动告诉我们酒店提供的各种服务。看我们是带两个孩子，还给我们免费加了床（我们预订的是双床房，孩子和妈妈一个床足够了）。特别惊喜的是，卫浴的浴缸反光使水变成淡蓝色，特别梦幻的感觉。酒店早餐还是很给力的，基本上满足会对早餐挑剔的人群。酒店空中花园酒吧景色很棒，很小资。游泳池有个小温泉池，特别适合孩子游泳后泡一泡防止感冒。带孩子玩累了就回酒店休息，特别方便。总之，这次酒店选择棒极了！

  酒店总体还算不错 周边商场林立购物方便 楼下有地铁直达 我订的是行政房 行政酒廊的下午茶一般 晚上有比较简单的晚餐 可惜晚间欢乐时光没有开 唯一不满意的是早餐厅 十一公共假期应该十点半收餐结果刚到十点钟也没有人通知我们就已经收拾的一干二净了 还好经过投诉最后得到满意解决 总的来说酒店的服务态度还是不错的 基本做到有求必应 另外酒店泳池不错 有个热水的按摩池 游完泳进去泡泡很舒服

  套房优惠的时候订的套房，价格很合适，房间设施也很好，位置很好，周边吃、逛都很方便，前台、健身房的服务都很好。美中不足的地方：房间没有打扫干净，一是还有之前客人遗留的东西；二是洗澡的水很小，不知道是花洒的问题还是水压的问题；三是客房服务反应很慢，要了两个杯子和冰块查不多半个多小时才送来。

  位置很好，距离五大道，滨江道步行街，瓷房子都很近，周边都是商场，吃喝玩乐都很方便。
