  Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the river and city. Hotel staff were friendly, and the breakfast options were extensive and thoroughly enjoyed by the family. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping centre with plenty of dining and shopping options, and a short walk to a subway station.

  We had a great visit here, exceeded expectations. The club lounge was beautiful, with great coffee and great service. The views were lovely, as were the rooms. The pool and gym were good. The only disappointment was the lobby bar- out of Prosecco, and then also the white we tried to order.

  因为在香宫聚餐，所以直接就定在了楼上入住，原来在马来住的香格里拉，所以这次带孩子也就入住了，环境没的説，服务没的説，就是这过年原因，收拾衞生腾房时间太长了，1.15到的，3点才入住进去。这点能改善这趟旅行就完美了！

  元旦假期定了两晚行政套房，因为携程的房间介绍上写不可加床，请黑钻客服去确认一下是否能加，没想到给主动送了加床。 一号两点多到的，等到四点房间才出来，房间中规中矩忘了拍，客厅有个独立衞生间，沙发挺大的，海河夜景也不错。 豪华阁早餐种类少点，不过人少清静，有单点菜单，牛肉麪和云吞都不错。 泳池很好，水温适宜，而且人少。 不足是地库太破，旋转太久，而且没有充电桩。
