  服务很好，环境也很好。但是没暖气，虽然有空调还是冻**，灯除了书桌上面的都不亮，热水不热且水发黄。一进来烟味很重，用空气净化器净化一天几乎好了。设施都收费，比外面贵太多。床也很不舒服。晚上灯光倒是很漂亮。早餐也可以。

  还是很不错的一家酒店，但是冬季显得比较萧条，小童淘气堡和泳池无法使用。客房服务非常好，餐厅也相当不错。早餐餐厅可以看见窗外的小鹿，

  去的时候，几度想更换酒店，因为评价褒贬不一，到了房间才感觉物有所值，房间空间感很好，面积大，阳台设计很有特色，设备虽然老化但能看出来还是很用心维护的，早起外面空气很好，盘山离酒店大门很近。夏季再来。

  淡季客人稀少，但是酒店的服务、餐饮、衞生都很好，尤其是早餐，诚意满满。前台王亚青的服务态度特别好，及时响应我们的诉求，让人有宾至如归的感觉。以后有机会，一定再来恒大酒店。

  带娃去参加比赛的，房间预订后前台就打来电话询问需求，很细心！我们入住时已经是晚上9点多了，前台小姐姐一下就叫出我们的名字，很是热情，为了能和一起比赛的小伙伴们房间挨近一些还帮我们调换了房间，在这里非常感谢微微和艳娟。另外去的两天刚好赶上大风降温，房间里很暖和，睡的很好！
