  7楼的房间不行，后来换到11楼明显好多了，酒店服务人员很好，就是希望保洁阿姨能认真点，总体还是不错的。

  显示为五星级，实际不敢恭维。 衞生有点差，关键服务员很不屑。 小乔新系统不成熟，上至工程师下至服务员都不会用。导致夜里全部灯平均每一小时灯光自动爆亮一次。

  酒店位置在河西区南京路，楼下就是公交站，地铁站也不远。服务很规范，早餐也比较丰富。房间很安静，入住体验很好。

  酒店周边有公交站也有地铁站，出行还是挺方便的，周边就餐购物地方也很多，去各个景点也很近。大厅小范非常热情地接待，服务非常好，整体感觉不错。
