酒店前台很专业，有效率。房间硬件很好，坐沙发上追剧很有家的感觉，一切都很满意，美中不足的是有一天清洁人员敲门，我正起身去开门，我刚下床保洁就自己刷卡进来了，很无语，还好我上了链条锁，不然才是尴尬。

房间真是很大，简洁明快的风格，让人住的很舒服，是迄今为止住过最好的酒店公寓了。不过酒店公寓的设施还是比较简单，这个价位有点小贵。房间的浴缸下水是坏的，还有头发，不敢用。酒店胜在地理位置好，离鼋头渚等景点很近，步行可至的蠡湖公园很赞，太湖大道也是绿树成荫
