酒店很不错，服务很好，屋子很大，住的很舒服，下次去还住这里；
酒店是通过艺龙网上预订的，预定时支付了担保金，4月28日入住，5.1日退房，但是不知道为什么直到今天5.22日担保金都没有退回来，期间打过很多次电话，一直说要核实，住店结束退还担保金需要核实这么长时间么？这种情况到底谁能给我一个说法，谢谢！

房间比较大，打扫较为干净，这是我喜欢的，交通不是很方便，附近的体育馆较为冷清，酒店离蠡湖大约1.7公里。

整体来说还是不错的。但是没有户型图，导致很尴尬。
下面着重吐槽，有点就不赘述了:
看介绍说是98平的套房，以为两个卧室，结果发现只有一个卧室，另外一张床是放在厅里的，实在是不怎么舒服，如果在房型介绍里面有户型图，绝对不会选这个啊。
另外吐槽一下热水器，虽然是电热的，知道热水量不大，但是热水器能力也太小了，勉强够一个人洗好。更为要命的是再次烧水，时间间隔太长了，太长了，超过一个小时。试想一下，一家四口晚上又累又困，等着洗澡，是种什么场景。。。
