首先是订的两晚，订的时候后订单不可退。因为第二天有急事赶回南京，让人工管家介入和酒店对接，酒店很爽快的取消了一晚。第二就是酒店坐落的地方不错，隔壁就是购物广场，交通也方便，酒店晚上也很棒。就是外墙玻璃建议擦一下，灰尘有点多了，附张夜景图，好评～

周末自驾游来到了无锡，选择入住了这家酒店，位置不错，高速下来很快，与百乐购物中心毗邻，周边配套不错。
我们来的时候比较晚了，前台服务人员工作细致，看到我们有两个孩子，主动问要不要添加洗漱用品。在酒店遇到的工作人员也很有礼貌的主动打招呼。
早上的自助餐不错，种类多，小孩要半价，位于楼顶的视野不错。
硬件方面，设施比较新，豪华感不错。酒店有停车场，但是与百乐共用的，住宿可以免费。

说实话，一切都很一般，房间，清洁，很一般。服务就更别说了，说了有老人，希望安静点，结果上去给的两间房都在电梯口，也不给解释，地理位置还行吧，旁边就是大型商业区。
