酒店环境很好，人员服务也好，硬件设施新。但一些细节不好：房间的松下吹风机老化，赠送的冰露矿泉水不符合酒店的价格定位。早餐环境很好，菜色挺多，无当地特色商品；

酒店装修风格很商务，大堂是淡色系的。位置也比较显眼，就在百乐广场，晚上很热闹，电影院 吃喝都很方便，星巴克 KFC ，基本配备都很齐全。高速西出口下来五分钟就到了。卫生做的比较干净，标准的星级酒店，服务人员也很好，之前住过对面白金汉爵 没有服务。前台 客房 餐饮都是微笑和蔼的 已经推荐朋友入住乐。以后还要过来。

百乐广场的排风、空调系统24小时运行。在窗外噪音比较大，房间窗户隔音效果不佳，“**16”房间，号码带16的是否都不隔音，加强隔音处理吧！！

酒店有免费停车场，住客入场可以免费停车48小时，床品很新，床很舒服，打扫的很干净，只是卫生间没有挂衣服的地方。
