同程预订的酒店，入住很顺利，总体还是很满意的。酒店服务蛮好，卫生条件不错，交通便利。酒店设备设置有些陈旧，房间大小适中，卫生间有些小，早餐品种和其他四级酒店比少了些。

因为家人曾是酒店员工，我以前在无锡工作也经常去酒店找她，所以这次去无锡玩也就体验了一下。酒店设施的确较老，而且我住的房间浴缸如果放满水，在排水的时候地漏会往地面排水，经向酒店反映修理后得到改善，并未完全杜绝。其他都还不错，有个停车的院子，可以免费停车，酒店服务人员素质都不错，到底是老牌星级酒店，人员素质及业务水平较高。二楼中餐厅海天楼菜品不错，价格就四星酒店来说还算适中，就是上菜速度很慢，应该是在精心制作吧，嘿嘿，一楼的自助早餐就一般了，吃饱没问题的。
总体来说不错的一次入住体验。
