酒店设施和服务一般，游泳池清澈见底，孩子们玩的很开心。本来是因为“舌尖上的中国”才选择这家，没想到二楼中餐厅吃饭时，遇到“店大欺客”这种想像不到的事情，我们等了一小时，期间催问了数次，但是一份菜也没有上，对方解释是菜在锅里，投诉时又遇到推诿，最终也没有反馈。对于一个四星级的酒店，这样的餐饮服务，我们只能表示惊讶和无语。
