酒店设施和服务一般，游泳池清澈见底，孩子们玩的很开心。本来是因为“舌尖上的中国”才选择这家，没想到二楼中餐厅吃饭时，遇到“店大欺客”这种想像不到的事情，我们等了一小时，期间催问了数次，但是一份菜也没有上，对方解释是菜在锅里，投诉时又遇到推诿，最终也没有反馈。对于一个四星级的酒店，这样的餐饮服务，我们只能表示惊讶和无语。

酒店地理位置算可以的，应该属于老城中心吧，购物，吃饭，交通都很方便。酒店从建筑风格看，是蛮有历史的，但是房间还是很干净的，设施都齐全，就是感觉卫生间稍微局促了点，整体上还是满意的。酒店配有中餐厅和西餐厅还有日料，中餐厅去的人蛮多的，应该是当地会客招待朋友的好地方。酒店的健身房没进去使用，因为紧靠着游泳池，从游泳池看进去，设施不多，地方稍小，游泳池虽不大，用用还是可以的，前台的服务人员很热情，酒店总体感觉挺不错！

这次国庆环太湖自驾游，住的体验最好的酒店了。酒店设施各项卫生条件都不错。唯一的缺点就是早餐。早上提供的东西实在太少了。没有什么好吃的。
