无锡住过的服务态度和服务质量最差的酒店。前台接待一副爱答不理的嘴脸，问这个不知道，问那个不耐烦，酒店不培训，不管理是吗？早餐应该到9点30，结果9点15就收拾光了，客人9点28分去吃早餐，看门的女的冰冷冷的说，怎么才来，9点一刻就收拾光了，客人说还剩什么？吃一口就行。看门的非常不耐烦的说，告诉你了都收拾光了，还翻了个白眼。这种员工是咂你们酒店招牌的吧，多大仇恨？住酒店住的的是服务，住的是舒心，无锡国际酒店给人的感觉是冰冷的态度，恶心的服务，素质极差的员工和老旧不堪卫生极差的设施！对的起四五百的高价格吗？坚决不推荐入住
