酒店环境好，安静，但是我对你们酒店服务非常不满意，我下单到酒店足足等了快一个小时，过去问前台二次，都对我说还没有收到订单，前台对我说订单到会叫我办理，我等快一个小时打电话给艺龙客户服务，后来我接了电话跑去前台问前台，前台才说单到了，一个小时啊！

位置很好，就在地铁口附近，房子有点旧，不过整体性价比蛮高，原本定的商务大床房没有了，免费升级为套房，感觉不错，给个赞！
