酒店地段位置便利。卫生间干净，床品也很卫生，舒服。酒店对面就是三凤酒家，无锡的特色餐厅。挺适合家庭旅游住宿的。

房间装修很旧了，几乎是90年代的风格，电视只有25寸或者以下，早上品种非常少，面包上都有娥在飞，400多这个价格非常不值得，早上退房，退了5-6分钟也不报退房，最后花了16分钟退房，更奇怪的是对面的人都走开了，我一人傻傻站着等，客户服务意识不行，以后不会再住了。
