总体环境还可以，但是酒店晚上自动把空调停掉了，说气温不高，空调不开，但是这个季节已经有蚊子了，不能开窗，闷热得无法入睡，这点与四星的服务标准差太多。

位置很偏，湖景房的窗外风景居然是建筑工地。房间设施比较一般，服务人员显然没有专业的培训，前台有让客人等着，自己只顾聊天的情况。
