位置绝佳，回民街就在旁边。公交，地铁都很方便。服务上就更不用多说了，贴心，亲切，周到。入住的两天正好赶上西安42-3度高温，一天能换2-3套衣服，洗了都干不了。酒店贴心为我们免费烘干，真心要为服务点赞。服务员为我们擦了皮箱，真是太意外了，👍👍👍

几年前来西安旅游住过对面的美豪丽致酒店，当时办理入住、离店、早餐和下午茶在美丽豪酒店，所以留下了深刻的印象。
再次来西安果断的选择了美丽豪酒店，服务一如既往热情，房间较大，干净，设施先进备，房间里还有个共享按摩椅，交通非常便利，地处繁华区。
早餐种类丰富，下午茶水果零食茶水饮料，非常棒。

设施老旧，卫生间下水道味道真的受不了，我们两点多到的四点才进入房间，说是三点才退房的，去了五楼吃了点水果，服务很好很热情

酒店的服务真好，态度好人又热情。尤其是那个钟云云可好了，还有那个长脚帅哥刘浩经理（不好意思姓名有可能记错）帮我们把行礼都一直送到房间并且很热情的服务。重要的是这个酒店整体的服务质量真很高，感觉特舒心！

酒店设施齐全，服务礼貌周到，卫生条件好，五层餐厅服务不错，粤菜味道不错，但菜品稍少。酒店位于市中心，旁边就是鼓楼，离地铁站也不远。门口就有公交。房间很大，但只有一个卫生间稍显不足！服务员郭养莉很热情。
