服务很热情周到，孩子们说这是住过的最好的酒店！位置非常好，就在回民街，鼓楼，钟楼旁边，吃饭购物很方便！开始第一晚订的大床房，是内窗，卫生间有点返问，后来给管家反应了，下午就给调换了！很甜心满意的一次入住！

给前台小姐姐点赞，服务态度好好哦，还有服务人员赵梓峰，很贴心，有接机服务，就是没整明白浴缸为啥没有热水…在这个位置，这个价钱也算合理

服务确实超级好！远远的就有师傅跑来帮拿行李，进门后毛巾水酸梅汤一起送上，办理入住后客服经理左家彤一路把我们带到客房，详细讲解注意事项。房间凉爽，40度的西安屋里不用开空调都挺凉快。空调是特别好用，以至于我们都关上了。😋每天游玩归来房间都打扫的干干净净，还有按摩椅放松身体。早餐也不错，每天都有不同的菜品，味道非常不错。临走时客服经理张静热情的带领我们办理退房，详细讲解我们提出的问题，就连实习生也都特别贴心，确实是五星服务！

半夜一点到店，主动升级到影院房，带孩子一起的，每天都送早餐券!五楼的房间较新，每天都送牛奶！总体评价，暑期房价不便宜，但服务不错，提的要求基本都满足！
