在网上看了一下，最后决定选这家。离回民街超近，钟楼也很近，最主要的是交通很方便，到各大景点都方便。不收取任何押金，然后退房还免查房，服务很热情，随时都说欢迎光临。每天还有免费的下午茶和水果，每层楼都提供免费的矿泉水，随便喝。最让我感动的是，全套的察脸的，水、乳液、洗面奶、咖喱膏、身体乳、连卸妆水都有，太棒了

我们是十二月入住的，该酒店位置很棒，在回民街附近，出来走一点就能看见城门楼且晚上还有音乐喷泉，特别美，酒店服务整体也很好，房间水和冰箱里的都免费，瓶装水也无限供应，确实下午茶一直供应到很晚，有时累了或者小饿的话，去吃点还是不错的，早餐也不错，适合家庭和亲子入住，有机场接送，性价比很高，如果来西安游玩还是很推荐该酒店的......

一次不算愉快的出游，提前定了豪华双床房，到了酒店却被安排到了豪致双床房，而且还被安排在了最边边，入住体验大打折扣，第一天给我们做登记的前台很让人心里不舒服。自己通过艺龙与酒店沟通居然被告知人！第一天给我们做登记的前台是因为没有豪华房了（网上依然可以预定），一点到的酒店晚上六点问题才得到解决，当天晚上仍然没调到预定的房型。虽然后期有差额补贴，但这并不是本人初衷！希望艺龙能真正做好监督协调，不能因为与门市价不同而让酒店区别对待客人！
