续住了一晚，第二晚有了加湿器房间没有干的难以睡觉，但是还是不习惯房间暖气温度太高，达29，30℃，因为是中央空调，温度不能调节，只好窗户开着，窗户开了又很干燥。陆陆续续睡了一觉，晨起喉咙肿了，鼻子痛。早上跑到泳池躺椅上睡了一觉。如果南方来的，习惯湿冷的冬天，还是要两个加湿器吧。。。酒店的服务甚好，微笑服务，宾至如归。早餐以中餐为主，内容丰盛与否看个人的期待值吧。泳池还不错，还有个汗蒸房，还有个小的暖水池，服务员都很好很周到。有迎宾水果和小礼物送。如果不是燥热，就完美了。

非常好的五星级酒店，硬件软件太棒了，游泳池很不错，楼下的自助餐性价比非常高。

虽然说是四星级的酒店 但是服务赶超多少五星级酒店 入住了这么多五星级 服务也没有开元名都好 离主要景点大雁塔 大唐不夜城 芙蓉园 城墙都是十分钟内车程 交通便利 服务好 房间内智能化控制 在西安算极物有所值的一家酒店.

设施齐全，环境很好，酒店服务人员很亲切。交通便利，楼下就是地铁口和公交车站，连住三晚，非常棒的一次入住👍👍👍👍

开元酒店一如既往的喜欢，设施完善先进，房间干净整洁，服务热情而细致。让人有家的感觉，特别是早餐非常丰富，合胃口。交通也非常方便，地段优势明显，离城墙不远。是旅游和商务首选。下次还要入住。

酒店服务还是蛮好的 服务人员很有素质 态度热情 可能是正值春节 每日早餐拥挤要等位 另外卫生整洁度有待提高 有天在卫生间捡到个假睫毛 先生还以为是我的😓 总体感觉还是不错 离地铁口也近
