作为一家知名连锁五星级酒店，说实话让我非常失望。br酒店礼宾部和前台工作人员的态度都是很好，没有任何问题。br然而第一天，入住的房间洗手间异味严重，客房服务人员清理了下水管道，第二天早上同样的问题又出现了，建议前台更换了房间，稍微好一点，但是每天早上仍能闻到管道异味。br如果上面这个问题属于建筑设计问题，那么作为一家五星级酒店，普通客房不提供男士剃须用品，我觉得非常不能理解，请问酒店高层是有多不待见普通客房客人，而非要套房才提供？而且是在原先提供的情况下取消的？br图片中是我随手拍下的走廊玻璃台板的图片，一层厚厚的灰尘随处可见，包括电视机上面，总而言之，我觉得酒店的这些地方实在配不上星级标准，希望酒店能从细节出发，加强改善。
