酒店软硬件设施都很好，就是离高铁站远，打的差不多一个小时，离大雁塔、城墙较近，出行方便，酒店后面有商场，吃饭方便

服务非常好，看见我们带孩子，会主动问需不需要儿童拖鞋和牙刷，我们需要一个儿童枕头，酒店也很快提供了。入住当天有水果赠送，礼宾部和大堂值班人员非常友好，笑脸相迎。卫生间非常棒，孩子在浴缸里泡澡都不肯起来。离地铁有点远，但是公交很方便，而且附近也在修地铁，估计开通后就更方便了，下次来还会住我这里。
