为了陕博选的西安皇冠假日酒店，酒店设施好，服务态度热诚。负责宾客关系的Nicole-朱子卿，热情周到。酒店地处小寨，购物吃饭也方便。枕头舒适，房间的隔音效果好，听不见外面车流的嘈杂声。入住第一天去中餐厅吃了午饭，味道好，价格实惠。以后可以再次入住！

整体入住体验很好，服务到位，客户经理朱子卿服务很贴心，酒店位置不错，房间也挺大的，酒店顶楼的观光餐厅视野很好，可以看到大雁塔和大唐不夜城

这次宝宝的两岁生日选择带她到西安旅行。行前考察了很多五星级酒店，最后选择了皇冠假日酒店。事实证明，亲子游选择这里非常明智。首先是酒店的亲子房里设施非常齐全，布置的非常温馨可爱，宝宝一见就喜欢上了，儿童设施也很齐全。婴儿床可以紧贴大床，出行的妈妈都知道，这种配置对半岁以上的宝宝是最为合理的。二是酒店的服务真的非常贴心，很人性化。宾客关系主任Nicole得知宝宝过两岁生日，特意为宝宝手写了贺卡，还送来了生日蛋糕和小礼物。并且每天都询问我们有没有什么需要帮助的地方，让我们感觉像家一样。天气干燥，酒店还在房间安排了加湿器。宝宝的被子忘记拿了，酒店马上安排寄回。三是酒店位置紧邻大兴善寺，小雁塔，凯德广场等景区和商业区，出行方便。给酒店提的建议就是希望在酒店开辟一个小小的区域作为儿童乐园，另外，儿童餐具的种类可以增加一些。总之，这次选择西安皇冠假日酒店为我们的旅行提供了温馨又舒适的入住环境，让心情美美哒。
