专业的服务，因为前面办入住的客人较多，我等待的时间稍微久了一点，服务员免费帮我升级了一个房间。设施没得说，一如既往。虽然很晚才入住，但一个热水澡，洗去了一天的烦恼和疲惫。感谢皇冠。
