非常好的酒店，位置好，离陕西博物馆、小雁塔、兴善寺都很近；特别感谢下酒店前台Rucy Wang的贴心服务，因为我们坐火车，抵达时还没到下午两点办理入住的时间，Rucy照顾了我们带着孩子，提前帮我们办理了入住，而且还特别细心的介绍了酒店的情况，旅途中遇到这样的贴心服务真的很愉快，再次感谢😊

出门选择大品牌酒店是有保障的，不会影响住宿心情，中规中矩的房间和环境，大厅清新剂的味道也是皇冠一致的风格。可能是旅游旺季，房源紧张，免费升级了豪华房，只是入住时做房间的时候太久了，等了两个小时，在咖啡吧等了好久。中餐厅的菜味道不错，房间照片没拍，提个建议：卫生间马桶旁没有放手机的地方，很不方便。
